Harry Oberbeck is a long time Flagler County native residing in the area since 1991 and originally from Long Island, New York. A local entrepreneur and business owner of Dreamscapes, Inc which provides lawn maintenance, landscaping & irrigation services throughout the community. Graduating from Flagler Palm Coast Highschool and later attending Daytona State College. Actively engaged with the community activities and efforts. Married to a supporting wife and family.
